14 years ago it all began

What began nearly 14 years ago as a bold idea—to rethink the way we treat corneal endothelial disease—has become a reality that’s now changing lives. With over 500 patients treated, EndoArt® is the world’s first and only synthetic endothelial implant, and it continues to gain momentum through our limited market release.

This year’s Winter The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) in Athens was especially meaningful for EyeYon Medical, as it marked the first EndoArt® implantation in Greece. A sincere thank you to Dr. Anastasios Charonis and the team at Athens Vision for joining the mission and bringing hashtagANewHope to patients in a new country. We look forward to joining you again in April.

We were also proud to host our first exhibition stand at the event—an important milestone for the EndoArt® journey. The stand became a hub for connection and exchange, as many of our leading surgeons stopped by to share their experiences with the device.

We’re deeply grateful to Ruth Lapid-Gortzak MD PhD, Prof. Dr. Burkhard Dick, Prof. Sorcha Ní Dhubhghaill, Dr. David Lockington, Mr. Mayank Nanavaty, , Dr. Lionel Raj, and Prof. Oliver Findl—your insights and positivity about EndoArt® are helping to inspire the next wave of innovation in endothelial care.

We also thank our outstanding speakers, who presented on behalf of EndoArt® at The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS):
Ruth Lapid-Gortzak MD PhD, Dr. Lionel Raj, Prof. Arie Marcovich, and our inventor Dr. Ofer Daphnah —your efforts are helping to shape the conversation around synthetic solutions in ophthalmology.

From an idea to a growing global movement, EndoArt® continues to push boundaries. We’re just getting started—and we’re already planning for an even bigger presence at The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) in Copenhagen.
